Light years beyond the two-sided 45-rpm single that the record industry used to rely on, Four Tet's My Angel Rocks Back and Forth includes not only the Massive Attack-influenced title track (taken from Rounds), but also a pair of remixes (one each from Icarus and Icarus member Isambard Khroustaliov, a pair of non-album productions, and on a second disc, four films that comprise the whole of Four Tet's video catalog.
