"It quickly became clear that Ubisoft was
interested in music that completely intertwined
with the overall fabric of Tom Clancy's Splinter
Cell Chaos Theory to an extent that has not been
heard before in video games - the development team
members are true perfectionists, and we labored
meticulously over every aspect of the sound
design," said Tobin. "No concessions were made
that would compromise the integrity of the
soundtrack, and that?s rare in a project of this
      scale."

      About Amon Tobin
After releasing an album recorded under the name
Cujo, Tobin burst on to the drum-and-bass scene
with his critically-acclaimed 1997 debut album,
      Bricolage. The darker, rhythmically intense
Permutation followed in 1998 and dazzled listeners
with leagues of different beats, all fashioned
from found sounds. Supermodified (2000) and Out
From Out Where (2002) firmly established Tobin as
a major force in electronic music, showcasing his
range and encompassing approach to samples that
include orchestral music, jazz combos, flamenco
guitars, tubas and motorbikes. A live album,
recorded during an Australian tour, was released
earlier this year. A native of Brazil, Tobin now
      resides in Montreal, Quebec.
